Let's Eat Humbl

humbl. is a range of simple, whole-food energy ball mixes designed to make healthy eating easier. Using real ingredients like oats, seeds, cacao and fruit, each mix is made to be quick, nourishing and easy to fit into your day. Just add water, roll into balls, and you have fresh snacks ready in minutes.


FOLLOW THESE FIVE HUMBL STEPS:

You will need: A bowl, a spoon and water
1) Empty pouch contents into a bowl.
2) Add 80ml of water.
3) Mix well until the mixture comes together.
4) Roll into 10–12 bite-sized balls.
5) Chill for 10–15 minutes. Enjoy!

TOP TIP! Try adding 1 tablespoon (approx. 20g) of nut butter after Step 1 for a richer, softer texture. Then complete Steps 2-5!

OPTIONAL: Roll in desiccated coconut or drizzle with dark chocolate before chilling!
